Requirements:

· Must be able to read and understand instructions.
· Must have ability to read tape measure.
· Ability to work at other stations at any given time.
· Ability to keep machines in satisfactory performance status.
· General knowledge of hand tools, general mechanical items.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS
· May be required to lift up to approximately 50 pounds.
· Must be able to stand at workstation for a long period of time.
· Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes and dust particles.

Position Objective:
The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of payroll for non-union, multi-state manufacturing operations. This role manages complex payroll activities across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations. The Senior Payroll Analyst performs detailed payroll analysis, resolves discrepancies, supports internal and external audits, and maintains payroll system integrity. Key Accountabilities:
Payroll Processing & Operations
Process or oversee end-to-end payroll activities for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states and locations.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, retro pay, and other earnings common to manufacturing environments.
Review payroll inputs, audits, and validation reports to ensure accuracy prior to payroll submission.
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and system issues in a timely manner.
Multi-State Compliance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and payroll reporting requirements.
Monitor and implement changes related to multi-state taxation, garnishments, child support orders, and other statutory deductions.
Partner with HR and Legal as needed to address compliance risks and corrective actions.
Analysis & Reporting
Perform detailed payroll data analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential errors.
Prepare and reconcile payroll-related reports, including labor cost reports, tax filings, and general ledger reconciliations.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing.
Systems & Process Improvement
Serve as an advanced user and subject-matter expert for payroll systems and timekeeping platforms.
Maintain payroll system integrity, including earnings codes, tax configurations, and reporting structures.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation within payroll operations.
Assist with payroll system upgrades, testing, and implementations as needed.
Audit & Controls
Support internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation, reconciliations, and explanations.
Ensure payroll controls are followed and documented to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
Assist in developing and maintaining payroll policies, procedures, and desk guides.
Collaboration & Support
Partner with HR, Finance, and plant leadership to ensure payroll accuracy and operational alignment.
Provide guidance and training to payroll coordinators or junior analysts as needed.
Serve as a resource for managers regarding payroll-related questions and best practices.

Position Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred;

Experience
5+ years of progressive payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment;
Demonstrated experience processing multi-state payroll for non-union hourly and salaried populations;

Position Objective:

What We Offer
Compensation:
This is an hourly non-exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $39,000 - $77,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are not eligible for a bonus but do earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Physical Requirements:
Technicians install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial, rooftop HVAC units. This work is often done independently. As such, Technicians must be able to safely:
Get themselves and necessary tools/equipment onto the rooftop - typically via fixed/extension ladder.
Work at heights
Load and unload tools/equipment from work van
Lifting occasionally up to 75lbs.
Lifting to shoulder and overhead occasionally up to 25 lbs.
Push/pull wheeled cart up to 150 lbs.
Climb ladder up to roof height.
Extend reach overhead in a repetitive motion.
Manual tandem lifting load up to 125 lbs
What We Offer
Compensation:
This is an hourly non-exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $39,000 - $77,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual's tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are not eligible for a bonus but do earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Driver/Installer will be responsible for completing the assigned routes for deliveries and pick-up of merchandise to be distributed among our clients. Will also be responsible for the proper installation according to the floor plan provided. Assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities providing support to the warehouse department. This job description is applicable to residential, commercial, special events and trade show Driver/Installer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate company vehicles in a professional and courteous manner while observing all the safety rules according to DOT traffic laws and regulations.
Performs daily maintenance checks (DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections) to the company vehicles assigned and report any malfunctions to management for the proper action and maintenance.
Responsible for the Delivery, Installation and Pickup of merchandise from our warehouses, vendors and to our customers in a timely manner with attention to detail.
Fill delivery orders by obtaining the required merchandise and completing appropriate paperwork.
Protect all products and items by utilizing materials such as furniture pads, coverups, and other protection materials supplied by AFR.
Responsible for reading, comprehending, and completing all paperwork associated with the delivery to be completed and ensure the delivery of appropriate merchandise in accordance with customer invoices, delivery/pickup paperwork.
Responsible to maintain the tool kit provided by AFR in good condition and notify if needs any replacement.
Confirm with client that all items delivered are in good condition and make sure that client signed the delivery document.
Driver/Installers are required to inspect the facility they are delivering or picking up items and notating any damage found to the premises by taking a picture and notify their manager, prior to installation or pickup of furniture.
Upon picking up furniture, confirm that all items are in good condition and notify the manager of any damage or missing items. If there is a damaged item, the Driver/Installer must take a picture of the item and send it to the Manager prior to loading it onto the truck.
Ensure customer messages and communications are relayed to appropriate management.
Assist in always maintaining a neat and clean workplace.
Assist with stocking the shipping and receiving department to include lifting and carrying cartons and placing them on appropriate shelves.
Receive a floorplan and instruct and execute the delivery with other helpers.
The Driver/Installer must wear the uniform provided by AFR at all times during work hours.
Perform other related duties as assigned and required by management.
