* Oversees the activities of AA employees who perform the movement of aircraft
* Chairs daily shift briefings and prepares daily station tour reports and analysis for station dependability
* Identifies daily challenges that will hinder operational objectives and communicates operational plans effectively
* Remains available and flexible to pivot in realtime based on operational needs
* Monitors station arrival/departure dependability performance while analyzing trends
* Investigates and resolves all operational irregularities to ensure compliance with AA operating procedures
* Adjudicates properly the Delay Code Handbook and AYR procedures
* Communicates with all local operating departments as well as IOC, MOC, AA central loads, and outside agencies pertaining to AA operational schedule and effectively interprets information from the various sources
* Works rotating/flexible shifts as operationally required
* Performs other duties as requested while adjusting to operational needs
* Look ahead and take advantage of opportunities to mentor and develop Control Center CSM and coordinator staff to advance the future of the organization
* Ensure all Team members comply with American Airlines attendance, performance, and work environment policies.

Compensation Data

Position Summary

Main Responsibilities
* Safely operate the aircraft, determine departure times and routes, and/or cancel flights based on weather or other conditions
* Ensure that the flight is conducted in complete compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations and policies and procedures
* Institute all necessary changes as required by en route conditions such that the flight may continue under appropriate company policies, procedures and rules
* Responsible for conducting the flight in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with industry and company standards
* Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures

* Determine that the flight crew reports for duty in proper attire and that they are mentally and physically fit for duty
* Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems which they are authorized to operate to include all emergency systems and procedures associated with the aircraft
* Secure the aircraft after each flight to include arranging hangar storage if they deem necessary or they are instructed to do so by the company management
* Obtain the most current weather reports, forecasts and NOTAMS from a FAA flight service station or other authorized agency
* File or cause a flight plan to be filed with the FAA or an ICAO state ATC facility
* Analyze area, enroute and terminal charts for the airport of intended landing and alternates
* Perform the functions of the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator {ISC) under the provision of the twelve five standard security program or private charter standard security program as applicable
* Conduct the required passenger safety briefings or assign that duty to the second in command
* Impart knowledge and skills to the second in command to prepare them to assume the duties of Pilot in Command in an emergency or when the second in command upgrades to pilot in command in that aircraft
* Complete and send the leg manifest to ops control prior to each departure
* Complete and send the End of DAY {EOD) report to ops control upon completion of each flight day
* Responsible for taking an active role supporting the open sharing of information on all safety issues and reporting all safety hazards and concerns
* Responsible for making an immediate report in any hazardous action, conduct or event to the chief pilot and director of safety
* The pilot in command may delegate these duties but not the responsibility for those duties
* Other duties may be required, as needed
* Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network.

The base compensation range for this role is $24.33 - $28.38 per hour.

Education and Experience Requirements

Position Purpose:
Under limited supervision, perform advanced material handling, inventory coordination, and distribution tasks to support complex manufacturing and logistics operations. Ensure efficient and accurate movement, tracking, and documentation of materials while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Provide guidance and support to the team and contribute to process improvements.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
* Process pick tickets and material requests by pulling, issuing, and transporting parts to support manufacturing, service centers, spare parts sales, backshops and/or distribution centers .
* Operate material handling equipment and company vehicles to move materials between departments and designated locations.
* Unload, inspect, and document freight .
* Maintain inventory accuracy through proper data entry and use of inventory management systems (i.e. SAP, Corridor, etc.) .
* Coordinate material flow to support schedules and customer demands, including AOG and other critical needs .
* Demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality throughout daily operations by following established procedures, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring all work meets regulatory and company standards .
* Handle, transport and prepare shipment of Dangerous Goods in accordance with DOT, FAA and other applicable standards .
* Ensure adherence to brand protection and material handling standards .
* Elevate discrepancies with clear communication and follow-up actions .
* Maintain clean environment .
* Participate in improvement initiatives .
* Ability to meet qualifications to obtain (one of) CDI, Q, PQ or RI stamps .
* Support inventory accuracy goals through regular and accurate cycle counting .
* Support inventory control processes by using handheld scanners for picking, putaway, and cycle count activities .
Additional Functions:
* Ability to obtain certification to operate material handling equipment and meet all training requirements .
* Support Lean and sustainability initiatives .
* Assist in inventory audits .
* Perform other duties as required. (i.e. DOT, Hazmat, Special Offloads and Customs and Carrier requirements) .
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
* Must be able to obtain certification to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) is a critical TechOps role at Delta. In this role, you will maintain the proper and safe functioning of Delta's fleet, ensuring customers have an exceptional travel experience. AMTs in the Line classification maintain aircraft, aircraft engines, and aircraft components and avionics systems according to Delta and FAA specifications; perform inspections during assembly of parts and after repair or installation of components; and document maintenance procedures including component damage, origin, and condition.
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
+ Performs all work activities in accordance with established laws, regulations, standards, safety protocols, and procedures to ensure safety of self and others.
+ Inspects aircraft or aircraft components, including landing gear, hydraulic systems, tires, and engines for damage, defects, corrosion, or other wear to ensure airworthiness.
+ Recommends replacement, repair, or modification of aircraft equipment based on inspection.
+ Reports issues, malfunctions, unusual wear, or damage to appropriate personnel, as required.
+ Installs, removes, or modifies aircraft structures, systems, or components, following drawings, schematics, charts, engineering orders, and technical publications.
+ Repairs worn, defective, or damaged parts or components (e.g., damaged gaskets, lines and couplings, cables, and pulleys), using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
+ Inspects completed work to certify that maintenance adheres to standards and procedures, and that aircraft are ready for operation.
+ Interprets discrepancies or logs (written or verbal) to understand history and nature of issue, to troubleshoot issue, and to identify required next steps (e.g., fix, defer, replace).
+ Researches, reads, and interprets technical manuals and guidelines to perform inspections, installations, repairs, or other work activities.
+ Reviews maintenance records to determine if service and maintenance checks, repairs, and overhauls were performed at prescribed intervals.
+ Maintains repair logs, documenting all preventive and corrective aircraft maintenance activities.
+ Serves as a technical expert or mentor by providing advice and corrective recommendations to others.
+ Uses computers, computer systems, and other technology to enter, document, access, receive, or communicate information.
+ Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Must have an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
+ Must have valid driver's license.

+ Sit in a jump seat and fasten the harness without modifications or extenders
