Duty Manager, Maintenance Control

Responsibilities This role oversees, manages and leads the daily operation of Maintenance Control department and reports to the Sr. Manger of Maintenance Control. Ensures clear communication to the other partners in the Operations Control Center (OCC) and other departments.
* Provides leadership and guidance to the Maintenance Control department while on shift and is responsible for all maintenance activities and personnel assigned.
* Monitors and reviews all maintenance activities system-wide, such as MEL, NEF, CDL, MWI activity on the fleet, reviews for accuracy and schedules repair in a timely manner.
* Maintains department goals, and performance objectives.
* Ensures effective communication to VP of Tech Ops, Tech Ops leadership, and OCC operational departments.
* Conducts conference calls and meetings as required.
* Notifies leadership of any significant events, and ensures proper follow-up has been performed including: coding in TRAX, station coordination, and proper filing of corrective actions.
* Works directly with the OCC Ops Managers to ensure company-wide Category messaging is accurate when related to Maintenance activities.
* Coordinates all discrepancies with the applicable department to reduce impact to the operational schedule. Including but not limited to the following (Maintenance Programs, Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Quality Assurance, Flight Dispatch, and Maintenance Stations).
* Oversees and counsels Maintenance Controllers for comprehensive fixes on all CAR (Corrective Action Reports) from the Quality Assurance team.
* Maintains oversight of the work schedules of the Maintenance Control department ensuring adequate coverage.
* Reviews work turnovers for completion and accuracy.
* Oversees the daily operation assist MOC supervisors as necessary.
* Ensures all Maintenance control training is up to date and coordinate with maintenance training for any new training requirements.
* Conducts new hire training, coaches, guides, builds positive work environment and motivates staff.
* Manages performance and accountability of Maintenance Controllers, Maintenance Control Specialists and Supervisors.

Qualifications

* 2-4 years of experience in Social media role in corporate or agency setting for a brand within the travel/hospitality industry.
* Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content creation including video and photography.
* Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere), photo editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom), and social media platforms.
* Understanding of current social media platforms including features, functionality, and content trends.
* Proficient in analytics & scheduling tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social)

Responsibilities This role supports the Director, Treasury-Finance as a financial business partner that is intellectually curious, focuses on generating results and has a growth mindset. Assists and helps analyze aircraft and engine fleet transactions, cash forecasts, and aviation insurance.
* Support with aircraft and engine fleet transactions (i.e., notifications, deliveries, amendments, lease novations/extensions, and fleet returns/exits). Ensure timely and accurate completion of existing and new fleet information, payments, and reporting.
* Prepare, calculate, and analyze aircraft and engine fleet commitments/purchase agreements, predelivery deposits, delivery pricing, and rent payments.
* Assist with financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, business/fleet decisions, and financing transactions.
* Analyze financial impact of aviation insurance renewals and claims. Coordinate and request certificates of insurance with third-party service providers.
* Update cash forecasts that facilitate cash and liquidity initiates to meet current and future obligations. Partner with internal departments to ensure that both projected results and cash requirements are accurately reflected in cash flow projections.
* Research and analyze industry trends, review SEC filings for treasury-related information and transactions, and clearly convey conclusion and insights.
* Develop presentation materials; assist with treasury related SEC reporting requirements/quarterly 10-Q/K support documentation/Bloomberg support; perform ad-hoc analysis and other treasury duties as directed.
