Remembering the good times before Toro
Toro has ruined American Augers. Because their mowers suck, they cut from everyone else to compensate for profit loss and warranty claims. They think they'll make billions on assembled asian crap instead of the actual dollars made on American made steel machines. They fire every year as if using a dart board to field back losses from snow and grass.
Leaving.
Nothing. The public ownership aspect has ruined the progress and security of the company. The quality has suffered due to trying to make money over sales.
Take Toro out of the equation. Sell to ANYONE, anyone at all. Even auction it off and be done with it. Quit dragging people through this endless torment of not if, but when they will be fired without a thought or REAL reason.
It was WAY too long ago to remember.
Its a bit competitive, but just.
Not even close. They keep to the "old standard". If they do higher outside of this, they are too fearful of a lawsuit to let thar person go when they have caused safety and morale issues.
Leaving.
