This role supports the immediate and long-term needs of our manufacturing plants by ensuring reliable, capable, and modern manufacturing technology. Job Description
* Program, Set up and Operate CNC Mills producing tooling and prototypes (Makino, DMG Mori) 3 and 4 axis Horizontal/Vertical Mills.
* Precision tight tolerance work.
* Verify stock and the Tooling before putting in the machine.
* Set Offsets with a touch probe, Test indicator, or Edge finder.
* Check parts with Micrometers, Telescoping gauges, Calipers, or Touch Probe.
* Second shift starting a 4pm and ending at 2:30pm 10 hours.
Required Skills and Education
High School Diploma
Makino and Fanuc programming

Industrial Truck Mechanic
Summary
Repairs and maintains electric, diesel, and gasoline industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices; installs, repairs, and maintains mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components; by performing the following duties.
* The starting wage for an Industrial Truck Mechanic is $36.76 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.75/hour & 3rd shift $.75/hour).
Job Description
* Ability to use Computer Systems to, but not limited to, the following tasks:
* Read and send E-mail.
* Check inventory.
* Basic blueprint reading skills.
* Assists in PM work orders and Maintenance Team in equipment repairs.
* Follow all company, Local, State, Federal, MIOSHA, OSHA, and DEQ Safety and Environmental Policies, Procedures, and Regulations.
* Observe and listen to trucks in operation to determine malfunction and to plan work procedures. Visually inspects and listens to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions.
* Installs new ignition systems, changes or recharges batteries, and replaces transmissions and other parts.
* Overhauls gas or diesel engines.
* Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjusts.
* Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems.
* Removes and replaces worn or defective parts of the drive mechanism or hydraulic system.
* Adjusts components such as clutches.
* Locates damaged hydraulic lines and replaces them.
* Lubricates moving parts and drives repaired trucks to verify conformance to specifications.
* Occasionally drives pick-up truck/company cars if the operator has a valid driver's license and is approved by the Company.
* Maintain and repair floor scrubber including, but not limited to,
* Drive unit
* Squeegee
* Brushes
* Water and hydraulic pumps
