The building is nice and so is the location. The employees are good people.
Leadership is terrible, especially HR. AAM is the worst company to work for. The micro management there is way out of control. That company is a revolving door. They can’t hold on to people. No one wants to work there. Their HR leader is horrendous! She knows nothing about HR so they gave her a VP of HR role. She is threatened by the good HR folks so she lies about them and gets them fired. This is why they can’t hold on to people. I worked at Corporate and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
There really aren’t any perks.

Good rotational co-op program for interns. Has taught me a lot about product development and because of this internship, other companies are trying to recruit me as well.
