We are seeking to fill a Construction Disbursement position in the American Bank of Freedom loan department, which supports commercial lending.
The Construction Disbursement Associate is responsible for the setup of the construction budget into our Software, the review of construction loan data entry for completeness and accuracy and the disbursement of construction loan draws.
Responsibilities:
Enter new construction loans into the system and set up appropriate line-item budgets in accordance with the credit approval.
Review the disbursement draw request to the specific line item in the budget ensuring funding within the budget. Obtain approval for budget change request line item.
Process construction loan disbursements per guidelines and proper approval from the relationship manager in accordance with approval guidelines.
Obtains title insurance date down/change orders for each draw request when required.
Orders third party inspection reports, balances borrower's construction loan budget against bank records
Ensures receipt and approval of inspection and title date down reports for voucher disbursements.
Schedules all disbursement transactions and input requests into the system
Monitor use of borrower's soft cost funds and disbursing funds on borrower's behalf.
Verify current Builder's risk insurance in place.
Ensure that all disbursement documentation is scanned and saved in the imaging system.
Interface with relationship managers, title companies, appraisal department, construction services, accounting etc. to manage the servicing of loan portfolio.
Provide excellent customer service to clients. Responds to general inquiries on loan status.
Process all other miscellaneous activities as requested.

The Personal Banker provides the best client experience possible for BOKF's clients. Job Description
The Trust Officer is responsible for administering personal trust, custody and estate, investment agency and IRA accounts. Provides administration of assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments, applicable state and federal law, and fiduciary standards consistent with BOKF policy.

How You'll Spend Your Time
* You will administer accounts consistent with the governing instrument, federal regulation, state law and BOKF policies and procedures.
* You will proactively maintain relationships with customers, either personally or in collaboration with CSAs, Managers, and other Private Wealth employees. Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor's Degree in business or related field of study and 3-5 years of directly related experience in Personal Trust and/or 6-8 years of experience in Personal Trust or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Personal Banker provides the best client experience possible for BOKF's clients. They are empowered and responsible for providing a superior experience on every interaction in a manner that builds a permanently engaged client.
