Francesca Luthi is executive vice president, chief communication and marketing officer of Assurant and a member of the Company’s Management Committee. During her tenure, Accenture was recognized with “Best IR Team in the IT Services Industry” by Institutional Investor magazine for three consecutive years. Earlier in her career, Ms. Luthi helped establish the investor relations department at Omnicom Group after serving as a financial analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Luthi received a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.

Gene Mergelmeyer is president and chief executive officer of Assurant Specialty Property. He will be appointed Assurant’s chief operating officer, effective July 1, 2016. Richard Dziadzio is executive vice president, chief financial officer for Assurant, Inc. and a member of the company’s Management Committee. In this role, Mr. Dziadzio oversees Assurant’s global finance operation and has responsibility for the business segment finance teams, asset management and tax functions.

Before joining Assurant, Mr. Dziadzio was CFO of QBE North America. Prior to that, Mr. Dziadzio served as CFO for ANV, a global specialty insurance company. From 1994 to 2012, he held a series of positions of increasing responsibility at AXA Group and was named CFO for AXA Equitable Life Insurance and AXA Financial in 2007.

Mr. Dziadzio holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainbleau, France and received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
