POSITION SUMMARY: Cardenas Markets is seeking a retail store Meat Cutter to join our team. Under direct supervision, the Meat Cutter is responsible for all aspects of meat counter operations in a retail environment, including inventory management, cutting, trimming, deboning, and packaging meat, poultry, and seafood products.
