Generate new business applications for personal lines Property and Casualty insurance ensuring timely submission to carriers. Field questions from prospects and customers regarding insurance coverage options, policy provisions, discounts and pricing and other information that might be requested. Work closely with management team to help achieve premium and retention targets for all lines of selected business. Act as a brand ambassador for the insurance group at all Holman functions and across the Holman organization. Interact with other Account Representatives and customer service personnel as needed to help the business consistently meet its growth and service objectives. About The Role We're looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead and scale our Product Marketing function into a strategic powerhouse, one that unites storytelling, product strategy, and GTM excellence. What you will do at Jasper Own Jasper's overarching product story and messaging framework across products, personas, and verticals. Translate complex technical innovation into clear, differentiated positioning that resonates with executive buyers and end users alike. Partner with Communications and Brand to ensure consistency of message across all channels, from web and campaigns to sales decks and PR. Lead, coach, and develop a team of PMMs who are strong in strategy and storytelling, balancing product expertise with GTM execution. Establish a clear operating rhythm for launches, messaging, and enablement that increases quality and predictability. Instill standards of excellence in narrative development, competitive positioning, and cross-functional partnership. Act as a strategic counterpart to Product leadership, ensuring product roadmap and messaging are anchored in customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights. Influence prioritization and GTM readiness for new products and features through data, feedback, and positioning strategy. Collaborate with Enablement, Sales, and Demand Gen to ensure every GTM motion is underpinned by strong messaging, value articulation, and enablement. Define launch frameworks and tiering models to scale quality and repeatability across product releases. Partner closely with the Enablement function to ensure clear linkage between messaging → sales readiness → field adoption. Create KPIs that connect PMM work to revenue outcomes, product adoption, win rates, and deal velocity. Elevate Product Marketing from a service function to a growth driver by quantifying its impact on pipeline, expansion, and retention. What you will bring to Jasper 10-15 years of Product Marketing experience, including 3+ years leading teams at the Director or Senior Director level in B2B SaaS (enterprise or AI experience preferred). Proven success leading PMM organizations through growth, scale, or transformation. Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with executives and end users. Deep experience in messaging, positioning, pricing, and GTM enablement for multi-product portfolios. Track record of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive alignment and clarity. Confidence presenting to executives and influencing high-level strategic decisions. Experience building scalable systems, from messaging frameworks to launch processes, that drive consistency and quality. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a history of developing PMMs who think strategically and act with ownership.
