Atul Gambhir is the Chief Information Officer of American Cybersystems. Took up B.S., Computer Science at Birmingham-Southern College.

Brian has over 30 years of business development experience at leading workforce management and staffing companies. He is a recognized solution sales leader in the staffing industry known for delivering on customer expectations and growing sales organizations. Brian has spent the past 10 years building the HireGenics team and organization that is focused on delivering Independent Contractor Classification and Payrolling “Software as a Service” (SaaS) solutions to enterprise organizations.

Previous business development experience includes driving MSP sales of more than $3B in contract labor spend to over sixty of the largest organizations in the world while with Chimes and Bartech Workforce Management. Brian has been responsible for both growing existing business and successfully developing sales strategies for new lines of business. He brings a unique understanding to the sales process that is dictated by selling solutions that focus on the success of the customer.

Pankaj (Nick) Goel is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of ACS Group. Nick joined ACS Group as a Controller in June 2005 and has since held various positions with increasing responsibilities within the company. His contribution to ACS’ aggressive growth has been significant, and it has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronical who declared him the “2015 CFO of the Year” under the “Large Private Company” category.

Nick has more than 23 years of progressive experience in all phases of financial management, including strong expertise in Corporate Finance; Financial Planning & Analysis; Forecasting & Budgeting; Financial Operations

& Accounting, and M&As.

Prior to joining ACS Group, Nick worked as Senior Financial Analyst for Claredon Textiles, Inc. from 2001 to 2005. Previously, he was the General Manager, Finance, with Girnar Fibres Ltd from 1996 to 2000, and prior to that, he worked for a public accounting firm, S.K. Mehta & Co. in New Delhi, India, from 1992 to 1996.

Nick holds various professional licenses including a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute, CPA from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, and Chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition to that, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the G.N.D. University in India. He is a regular member of CFA Institute, CFA Society of Atlanta, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Promod Vohra is the Chief Talent Strategy Officer of ACS Solutions. Took up Master’s Degree, Electrical Engineering at Northern Illinois University.

Sreedhar Kajeepeta is the Chief Technology Officer of ACS Solutions. Took up Master of Science (MS), Computer Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
