Complicated processes. Constantly changing. Management becoming strict about working from home on expected in-office days, even when sick. Contractors get next to no benefits unless you fight for them.

My supervisor is fantastic and very in-touch with the process. I cannot comment on anyone above them as our voice is never heard higher up.
Relying less on contractors and start hiring from within. There is terribly high turnover and unwillingness to stay with the company since they show we cannot be promoted within easily.
