Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes
Spend time consulting with customers on repair and safety related issues
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
Generate sales leads during service calls
Accurately and neatly document on the service report for the work performed.
New crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Travel may be required. Work vehicle provided.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience is preferred.
A minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance
Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
Willingness to work overtime
Possession of a valid driver's license with good driving record
Must pass drug-screen and background check
Strong communication skills
Proven commitment to safety
Comfort with working at heights
Experience in Variable Frequency drives and PLC programming a plus
Crane maintenance experience a plus.

· Manages audit staff and creates monthly inventory counting schedule to mitigate losses
Payroll
· Checks payroll for supervisor adjustments (Manager timecards), looks for any Payroll Fraud. Weekly
Surveillance and monitoring equipment
· Monitors Guardian, TC2.0, and other reports for all stores opening, early to close, late to open and unarmed alarms.
· Review cameras during store visits, making sure cameras are 100% functioning on visits. Spot check employee footage for shift trend exception items (no sales, voids, etc) and other suspect events.
· Is available/in the call chain for emergency alarm calls
· Manages relationships and ensures alarm and surveillance equipment is fully functional across the network of locations. Orders new equipment as needed and determines camera placements

Summary: Serves as direct support of the store inventory, organization and over all appearance.= • Must be able to travel to Multiple locations through out day and work week • Ensures that all company policies are being followed • Promotes and maintains a clean and organized store appearance inside and out • Ensures all merchandising and marketing programs are executed properly, which includes maintaining plan-o-gram integrity and appropriate sign placement Demands: • Ability to occasionally lift of objects up to 50 pounds • Ability to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds • Ability to rarely perform repeated climbing and fine hand manipulations • Ability to occasionally perform repeated squatting/kneeling/stooping, twisting and pushing/pulling • Ability to frequently perform repeated bending and reaching • Ability to continuously perform repeated simple hand grasping • Ability to work in intermittent temperature for short periods of time, e.g., outside at the pumps and in the cooler • Ability to stand for an entire shift if/as required Additional Requirements: • Available to work a variety of shifts and/or days of the week consistent with the demands of the retail environment which includes weekends, evenings, and other high activity periods
