Christian Mission.
Organization is not operated internally In a manner consistent with Christian mission expressed publicly.
Large percent of premiums for health insurance paid.
Not much. Grandchildren of founder have silver spoons stuck in their mouths and treat employees as if they have no value. Other executives follow along because their children are employed there as well. Serious issue with nepotism.
Not sure anything can be done at this point. It used to be a really good ministry. But now it is a business – like a corporation – being run by spoiled grandchildren.
No prep.
It all depends. No consistency.
I’m not really worried about this. I just care whether people are hired based on whether they are qualified to do the job.
