**Summary:**

This position supports the sales state by assisting with project administration, creating, filing and distributing documents, coordinating meeting schedules, logistics and materials, and performing other administrative support activities. Also assists and collaborates with the sales state team to efficiently and effectively manage sales state operations and implement initiatives.

**Job Description:**

**Primary Accountabilities:**

+ Creates and maintains a filing system for reports and administrative information. Requests resources, equipment and supplies to support the state.

+ Serves at the first point of contact for customer concerns.

+ Performs incident triage, including determining scope, urgency, and potential impact. Makes recommendations that enable expeditious remediation.

+ Conducts technology evaluations and re-engineering activities to support strategy definition and continuous improvement activities.

+ Manage key internal and cross functional and stakeholder relationships to ensure expectations and opportunities to collaborate are transparently communicated.

+ Identify, design and implement automated solutions to enable development needs.

+ Transforms business requirements into technical specifications.

+ Designs and develops system/solution measures to ensure solutions are fully integrated. Validates current and future-state architectural models to assess impact across all technology systems.

+ Establishes process, procedures, solutions and artifacts based on Internal controls criteria required to demonstrate adherence to compliance.

**Travel Requirements**

+ This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.

**Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements**

+ Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.

+ Solid knowledge and understanding of software engineering architectures, system/software designs, and system deployments.

+ Working knowledge and of Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Computer Engineering.

+ Extensive knowledge and understanding of multiple IT subject areas (e.g. development, testing, configuration, deployment, monitoring etc.).

+ Extensive knowledge and understanding of infrastructure technologies and application development methodologies.

+ Extensive System Administration (configuration, installations, patch management, server maintenance, etc.) and Network Management (firewalls, proxies, IP management, routing, DNS).

+ Demonstrated experience establishing, using and supporting integration and communication protocols between applications, databases, and technology platforms.

+ Demonstrated experience following end to end development lifecycle in building APIs and building automated CI/CD pipelines.
