I thought the pay and benefits were solid for the workload. Many individuals were also great to work with.
Leaders lacked vision and would leave groups in the lurch for months and months without direction. There was also pretty much no accountability for poor performance and innovation was really theater and not something leaders leaned into.
401k, pension, and healthcare were all pretty good.
They showed genuine interest in social causes.
Everything is so beaurocratic and hierarchical that things move very slowly. There needs to be more empowerment and comfort taking measured risks.
Prepared answers to common questions of accomplishments, dealing with challenges, etc.
I think my compensation was likely in line with the industry for my role.
Still likely majority white but they have been trying to hire more diverse talent.
Creating new solutions to difficult problems.
Availability for training, support center, flexible fridays
Growth minimized
Flexible fridays
Most of the people I work with
I work all the time. After a full day in the office I usually have to log on at night and most weekends. Absolutely no work life balance
The location I work at is very close to my home.
Diversity & Inclusion are high priorities in our company. Community outreach is how we give back. Premiums mean something more than profits.
My living wage, pension, 401k match, and tuition reimbursement.
Convenient location and schedule. Generous time off.
Lack of opportunities for advancement
Pension, 4 day work week
