What will you be working on this Summer?
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the customer and associate experience for stores
Help evolve and shape communications through inquiries and surveys among associates, data, and analytics
Identify opportunities and recommend changes to processes to drive internal and external efficiencies
Ensure the field is properly supported to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Partner cross functionally on content ideas, messages, vehicles, and timing within the brand standards to field leaders
Lead cross functional meetings to gather, align and follow up on progress in Holiday strategy
