The General Warehouse Person is responsible for performing tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to the stores that service our customers. . The role of the Furniture Preparation Technician is to safely and efficiently open, assemble, inventory, and inspect all merchandise prior to being loaded for delivery. Assembling merchandise will require the use of power tools, drill bits, hand tools, box cutter, and the ability to read process directions. The Furniture Preparation Technician will ensure all merchandise is in perfect condition after its been assembled by visually inspecting the merchandise, and notifying the management team of any potential issues with the merchandise.
