The primary function of this team is to travel locally to grocery, mass merchant, and drug stores collecting observational data about product placement and inventory information. To do this, you would spend the majority of your day walking and standing on the sales floor using a handheld device to scan products. Incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery is maintained and operational. This position is the in-house mechanical consultant on current equipment, processes and facilities. Will be responsible for trouble shooting and repair tasks on equipment as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Makes recommendations for machine and process modifications. • Establishes, monitors and directly trains personnel on new and non-routine jobs. • Performs diagnostic troubleshooting on machinery. • Serves as consultant to maintenance staff for equipment repair and upgrades. • Responsible for training maintenance personnel on proper use and safeguards for all industrial machinery • Works with outside vendors to ensure proper service delivery model. • Interface with manufacturing and Distribution departments regarding planned preventative maintenance and repair status. • Works with outside vendors during new equipment installs. Experience Required: Required Length & Type of Experience: • Mechanic/ Electrician - Employee should heve 3 - 5 years experience in a industrial maintenance setting in order to be proficient in repair and troubleshooting of industrial equipment. • Leadership - Employee should have 2 - 3 years experience as a leader or maintenance specialty person. This will allow the employee to be proficient in employee development and employee relations activities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • In-depth mechanical and/or electrical background in an industrial setting. • Proficient in written and verbal communication. Education Required: Required Education: • High School Minimum • AA degree or Trade School certificate in maintenance related field.

This position is the second level of the forced progression in the Press Department. Associates will progress to higher skill job as outlined in the labor agreement. Associate is responsible for safe and efficient operations of the printing press. This job requires the knowledge of all printing operations and duties of all labor grades and shall perform these duties as necessary for production. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Obeys all plant/safety rules and complies with all OSHA regulations. Performs changeovers as needed. Ensures that make-ready at Press is set up correctly and makes any required modifications. Prepares rolls to be hung on front of press. Maintains inks at press side and maintain the correct viscosity of the ink. Maintains quality of printed project, to include color match and register when LG 62 is not available. Maintains production records and inventory records. Removes completed roll from press and prepares roll for transport/storage. Maintains good housekeeping practices and proper safety procedures. Must be able to use independent judgment to evaluate the operations of the press to ensure a quality product. Receives training for next labor grade in order to gain a general knowledge of Press operations, which includes being physically able/capable of performing the duties and responsibilities in the forced progression within the Press Department. Operates power industrial truck as needed. Performs other duties assigned.
