The weekly average hours are 5 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 10 hours per week around holidays. Additional support may be needed in the territory with required availability multiple days in succession and increased hours per day if applicable to business and project-based assignments. Ideal candidate would be available during daytime hours and specifically Monday mornings due to store needs and service. Job Description The Opportunity: What Your Impact Will Be: Responsible for maintaining indoor and outdoor facilities May assist facility maintenance electricians, facility maintenance HVAC mechanic and Facility plumber Responsible for office setups, furniture moves and conference room setups Complete minor repairs on equipment and machinery Perform deliveries and pick-ups on campus and at offsite locations Complete preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled Answer maintenance calls and make necessary repairs to equipment to keep operations moving.
