The weekly average hours are 7 hours per week. The weekly hours may increase to an average of 12 hours per week around holidays.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Service stores on your assigned route, including merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying product within greeting card departments and other retail locations, maintaining an organized backroom areas, and other inventory tasks as needed.
* Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment utilizing effective time management skills and organizational skills.
* Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
* Availability for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and immediately following major holidays.
* Provide occasional assistance with store resets which may include minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
* Review and plan your weekly service schedule and workload in your assigned stores, utilizing a company-issued tablet

Audit warehouse locations and update database system.
Audit all outbound orders for accuracy including carton count, SKU's, labels, etc.
Separate paperwork, ensure drivers are given correct paperwork, and ensure the correct paperwork is included with each order.
Provide trailer information and pallet patterns for incoming trailers to material handlers.
Count incoming product and verifies quantities and SKU's.
Posts verified product in internal system and notifies warehouse department when product is ready for put-away.
Comply with customer requirements by labeling and wrapping product for out bound loads by matching letter and number combinations on labels to product.
Able to attend work regularly and on a timely manner.
Able to perform work with accuracy.
Able to learn and use various warehouse management programs.

As a Retail Inventory Specialist, you would be a part of our CROSSMARK Field Intelligence Team. The primary function of this team is to travel locally to grocery, mass merchant, and drug stores collecting observational data about product placement and inventory information. Responsible for maintaining indoor and outdoor facilities
May assist facility maintenance electricians, facility maintenance HVAC mechanic and Facility plumber
Responsible for office setups, furniture moves and conference room setups
Complete minor repairs on equipment and machinery
Perform deliveries and pick-ups on campus and at offsite locations
Complete preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled
Answer maintenance calls and make necessary repairs to equipment to keep operations moving.
Complete snow removal during the winter months as needed along with landscaping crew.
Set up and tear down special events / trade shows
Maintain and organize furniture in storage
Always perform every task with safety as your top priority

What We're Looking For:
3 or more years of experience in Warehouse Maintenance.
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Nimble - able to think and act quickly, prioritize duties based on company's needs
Must be familiar with power tools
Knowledge and practice of office safety procedures and equipment
Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active, in or outside of the building, year round
Fork-lift experience is preferred
Attention to detail, completing work in an exemplary manner and reporting any potential hazards to supervisor.
Interpersonal skills to interact positively with and support employees
Must be able to work overtime on short notice
Computer experience in MS Outlook, and the internet
Knowledge of Automation (Conveyance, Carton Erection/Sealing, ETC.) and Robotics (palletizing systems) *PREFERED*

Ability to read blueprints/schematics/electrical drawings, etc.
