    Incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery is maintained and operational. This position is the in-house mechanical consultant on current equipment, processes and facilities. Will be responsible for trouble shooting and repair tasks on equipment as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Makes recommendations for machine and process modifications. • Establishes, monitors and directly trains personnel on new and non-routine jobs. • Performs diagnostic troubleshooting on machinery. • Serves as consultant to maintenance staff for equipment repair and upgrades. • Responsible for training maintenance personnel on proper use and safeguards for all industrial machinery • Works with outside vendors to ensure proper service delivery model. • Interface with manufacturing and Distribution departments regarding planned preventative maintenance and repair status. • Works with outside vendors during new equipment installs.
