There are no pro's working for this company. They promise top pay and it may look like it at first but it does not add up.

Cons of working at American Health Associates, Inc.

They DO NOT PAY ON TIME CONSISTENTLY!!!!!! You will get the run around from the Supervisor who hired you but you will never get in touch with any one else other than other Phlebotomist who are equally mad and looking for their pay. Turnover is high and not paying has to be one of the reasons why. Do not work for them!

Pros of working at American Health Associates, Inc.

I have been with American Health as a phlebotomist for 28 years and I have enjoyed my time here.  The job can be tough and our routes start really early in the morning. But I enjoy taking care of our patients and I have gotten to know the medical staff in the facilities, I visit over time. They’ve really become like friends. Also over the years, I have been able to learn new skills and help in new roles.
