There are no pro's working for this company. They promise top pay and it may look like it at first but it does not add up.
They DO NOT PAY ON TIME CONSISTENTLY!!!!!! You will get the run around from the Supervisor who hired you but you will never get in touch with any one else other than other Phlebotomist who are equally mad and looking for their pay. Turnover is high and not paying has to be one of the reasons why. Do not work for them!
There are no benefits, unless you count filling your gas tank up after not paying you so that you can continue to work without pay!
Nothing
Pay my employees
Professional yet they are not!!! Repeat, do not work for this company.
I have been with American Health as a phlebotomist for 28 years and I have enjoyed my time here. The job can be tough and our routes start really early in the morning. But I enjoy taking care of our patients and I have gotten to know the medical staff in the facilities, I visit over time. They’ve really become like friends. Also over the years, I have been able to learn new skills and help in new roles.
In my experience working at American health associates, it takes a lot of hard work and dedication
Management treats you like family
You’re treated with respect
I would improve American health Associates by helping to keep our clients happy
I prepared for my interview by showing my résumé and my skills. And how I can help the company grow.

Personally, the most fulfilling aspect of my job, at the end of the day is Patient care.

I don’t like that you don’t have direct deposit and I don’t like that we don’t get any kind of insurance, also, .30 cents a mile is not enough. It take .70 cents per mile just to run your car efficiently.
I get no perks
