What We Offer: Temp Assignment Based RN - 90-Day to Hire Opportunity Temp Assignment Based RNs are experienced, proficient nurses within their specialty (medical/surgical, telemetry, critical/intermediate care, behavioral health, emergency, or women's services) responsible for providing safe, continuous, high-quality patient care in a variety of settings. These RNs are temporarily assigned to one unit for a designated number of weeks based on system needs and must be able to work at any Novant Health location. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in the Adult Acute Care/Med Surg service line to be considered for this role.
