CEO self-titled as "High Ego" and couldn't be more accurate. Class system exists and sub-classes are dismissed as diminutive. Top 3 execs all talk about each other then pretend to be friends.

There really isn't a solid answer for this. They are condescending and sneaky. One asks you to speak in code while spying on how the coworkers behave sitting next to you.

Clean house and start over. Original owner would have never let the place become what it is today.
