Role Purpose Statement Incumbent is responsible for key account transactional pricing, with emphasis on customers managed by the Program Management team, within the Program Management standard design process. Main Accountabilities •Validate food cost, labor man minutes / standards, develop pricing, create revenue builds and work with Finance on adjustments for proposals on new and/or existing business bid •Collaborate with the Finance Department to provide the necessary inputs in the creation of Pro-Formas / Profit and Loss (P&L) •Responsible for implementing regular contractual price changes, e.g. price actions, food cost updates, support negotiations with customers in those areas •Work with Program Management Team to ensure the Master Price Lists (MPL) are updated with cycle changes and are properly maintained and up to date •Perform routine audits of operations to ensure compliance with contract and to identify opportunities for improvement to generate additional revenues or to produce savings •Assist in forecasting revenues and food cost potentials in annual budget process •Interface with Airline customers and Customer Service Centers (CSC) administration representatives on billing and pricing issues •Determine appropriate pricing labor standards for new or changed item codes to maintain or improve margin recovery •Perform ad-hoc analyses such as impact analyses and others for assigned customers •Conduct product yield studies to ensure accurate menu costs •Attend customer menu presentations and insure specifications are accurate and priced accordingly •Audit cost sheets for cost and yield accuracy •Audit price uploads and price corrections •Perform manual billing retro summaries as required in support of invoice correction process •Estimate costing and make labor assumptions to generate new business revenue; build models to support RFQ/RFP process •Perform contract validation audits •Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing •Model corporate values and participate as required in groups, initiative and advisory bodies •Proactively support other departments and functions as the Subject Matter Expert Knowledge, Skills and Experience •Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred •Minimum five years financial experience required •Proven financial aptitude in respect to profit analysis, pricing strategy, and price service negotiations. •Ability to lead teams and experience interacting with senior levels •Ability to interact and conduct presentations to customers •Strong negotiating and organizational skills •Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications; advanced Excel skills required •Knowledge of SAP MM preferred •Must be detail-oriented •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Ability to work more than 40 hours if needed
