The residents are wonderful

Corporate cares only about profits. They care nothing about residents or staff.

Spending time with the residents

Nothing. They're trash

Sell to a company who demonstrates they value residents and staff. They raise rent evey year, blame inflation, then cut budgets and wages. They use the money to build new properties rather than care for the ones they already have. This is really a property management company, not a senior living company.

They're desperate for people, just show up

It is below average in an industry with already depressed wages

Poor. Most non-white employees work in dining or housekeeping. The management team is not diverse.

Providing incredible experiences for my residents

I enjoyed being afforded the opportunity to take free medical healthcare and senior geriatric care Courses online as it was administered by my employer.

I did not like how the business was being allowed to operate. I am a form believer in strict adherence to rules, policies, and procedures and when that criteria is not being met, that is where I have an issue.

The best thing about working for this company was that a lunch option was included diring the interim of my shift and the company offered me free online training Courses in the medical healthcare-related industry as a predecessor of my employment.
