American Immigration Lawyers Association Leadership

Grace Woods is the Chief Learning Officer for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She oversees all aspects of AILA’s learning strategy and aligns staff resources to achieve the Association's organizational priorities. During her 14 years with AILA, she has provided innovative leadership and motivated high-performance teams to manage complex solutions to deliver cutting-edge continuing legal education programs. One of her professional highlights includes creating the vision for and leading the development of AILA University- a new online learning resource for immigration law professionals. Grace is a Certified Association Executive and a member of the PA and District of Columbia bars. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and her B.S. from Penn State University.

Lloyd Bennett is an American Immigration Lawyers Association- NJ Chapter Member at American Immigration Lawyers Association, Member at Association of Deportation Defense Attorneys, and NJ ICE Committee Member (former chair) at American Immigration Lawyers Association and is based in Union City, New Jersey. He has worked as NJ Chapter Chair at American Immigration Lawyers Association, NJ Chapter Board Member at American Immigration Lawyers Association, and NJ Chapter ICE Committee Co-Chair at American Immigration Lawyers Association. Lloyd studied at Ithaca College between 1980 and 1984 and Seton Hall University School of Law between 1985 and 1987.
