Based on 14 ratings
The pay one of the most comprehensive on the market. Also the culture and people you work around are amazing.
You have to work hard in the beginning (if you even consider this a con)
The residuals and passive income you receive from just doing your job and that you can retire in 10 years.
They teach you everything you need to learn to be the best.
I would improve the company by offering some type of guaranteed pay.
I prepared by having questions to ask about the job.
It’s something like I’ve never seen. Ive worked at other insurance companies before and this is the best.
I think the representation is great.
The people I work around and that fact of knowing everything I’m doing will continue to pay me for the long run.
i thought the pros were it being a challenging career at a team level.
the team is more competitive against each other than working with each other to strengthen the entire team. not just an elite group of agents getting together to compete with other agents.
talkin and meeting with new people
the leadership is 100% knowleldgeable and helpful for the ones that are actually making a profit. probable unaware of the backstage drama/competition
by including all team members at a certain level after completing the state exam to have the same training all across the board.
first of all, i reviewed the information about the career and found that i was ready for a new challenge for my life.
less than zero compared to other opportunities that i have had. the training is too intense not to be compensated for it, in some type of way. all of the work that i have put in to training, learning scripts, making dials, setting appointments (that most of the time don't show up), it seems crazy...
its separated
having something to look forward to in the morning... another day to try to succeed in this business.
They give you leads but they are old and recycled
That pay half of the commission other places do. The top people are the only ones that make money and they just hire anyone get them to sell family members while the top ppl make money and the agent struggles and quits. Rinse and repeat. They will threaten to withhold leads if you don’t work when they tell you to and treat you as a w2 employee with none of the benefits
Leaving the company
They act like they love you until you are of no use to them
Break the cult
Being brainwashed
Very below average
It’s a bunch of 20 year old sexist pigs
Leaving and never coming back
Work from home
They treat you like a w-2 employee and you’re not. From managers to the CEO they expect you to recruit day 1 and be at their beck and call, they demand to know your whereabouts all of the time, and you are required to be working 24/7. If you aren’t compliant with their expectations or selling policies they speak to you in a condescending and passive aggressive manor. As a 1099 contractor you are not allowed to set your own hours. The leads are old and recycled. If you cannot collect referrals you might as well leave because you will not make money.
The convention if you qualify for it.
Nothing. They don’t care about you. It’s about numbers.
I didn’t. They hire anyone that isn’t a convict because they have to hit a quota every week. It’s all about quantity not quanlity. If you don’t hit that number there is the passive aggressive and they will demote you
Treat your contractors with respect. The culture is a cult and if you can’t be part of the cult they make your life miserable. Thats just to start. Too be honest get rid of everyone and start fresh because the cancer is there and will never go away. Too many old timers who refuse to change with the times.
For a captive company it’s average. You can make more being independent and a broker. Starting comp is 50 there where as a broker you can start at 100 with experience. Non experience 85/90.
Young impressionable boys.
Nothing I left
You don’t have to buy your own leads If you work like a dog and isolate yourself from your family you get to go on trips Good coaching and I do mean coaching not training.
Maybe it’s just me team but I feel like they don’t give much support when it come to training. Unless you are one of their favorites. I was handle so bad at this company from the interview process to even being hired and in training. They say training is 2 weeks but that a lie training is more like 5-8 week jut depending on who is your SA ( sales manager) they say that there is help and people there to help train you when you need extra help. I went from being trained by the manager to being trained by an agent who was still pretty new to the team herself. No jab against her cause she is amazing. But I feel like that’s just not how that’s suppose to go. They pick and choose whom they wanna invest the training in and the rest of have to figure it out on our own. Not to mention it was something about my management team that didn’t sit right in my spirit and made me feel so very uneasy. I’m not one to have to just sit on the phone from 9am-9pm sometimes even until midnight if you have leads in other time zones. I have kids and this is definitely not single mom friendly. The amount of money you have to kick before you see any money is insane to only be left feeling like you wasted not only your money but time as well. Never knew you had to rack up debt before you can make money. I hate it here and I wish I hadn’t never responded to the recruiter which I’m not even sure how she found me. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Not a thing at all!
I’m not a fan of the leadership team at all! I don’t even know who the CEO is at this moment. I think management will throw you to the wolves and piss on you any chance they get.
Treat everyone as equals and really put the same time and effort in everyone. Don’t just pick and choose who you wanna invest in! Don’t just hire people to meet your minority quota.
I really didn’t I just brought my true self and it landed me the Job not sure if they even cared much or if they just wanted a black women to hire to meet their quota I’m not sure but they definitely could of left me be.
Not sure I haven’t seen a dime yet and it’s been going on 2 months
I don’t feel like it exist or if it’s there they really don’t care much for that they choose to want to develop it
Nothing! If I hadn’t invest all this time and money I would of been left the second week I made no money

The work environment is wonderful. Everyone is positive and the culture is great. There is lots of growth opportunity as well.
It's 100% commission based. No matter how hard I work, I could go weeks without making a dime. Not much is provided for agents.
