How you will create impact:
As a Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of products while fostering an agile and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework, managing product timelines, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Ensure products and features are delivered on time with desired business outcomes

Collect and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
Develop and maintain execution plans, including timelines, key milestones, and resource capacity management
Monitor progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary

Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration
Facilitate agile (scrum and kanban) ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor team members on agile practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and work to resolve conflicts
Work closely with the Product Owners to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
PMP, CSPO, CSM or other relevant certifications required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle complex issues effectively
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools including Rally or Jira

Support advisors with product training, order entry, licensing, compliance, and new business inquiries. Serve as the liaison between advisors, carriers, and various departments on intensified issues.
Develop deep annuity product knowledge across multiple carriers and product types (primarily variable, fixed indexed, fixed, structured and immediate annuities).
Develop broad expertise of LTC and insurance offerings to effectively guide advisors to appropriate BGA, carrier or resources.
Build and maintain effective relationships with multiple departments, annuity carriers and key resources.
Present solutions, tools, and resources via Teams/web conferencing.
Use Salesforce as a territory management tool to track activity and manage pipelines.
Required Qualifications
