North America Talent Acquisition supports an employee force of over 5,000 driving AIG's insurance businesses and operations in the United States, Canada and Bermuda. What you need to succeed:
Execution of Sourcing & Recruiting Strategy
Identify/clarify hiring specifications and competencies, document and confirm principal requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions, and then develop and execute TA action plans.
Creatively and proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles and effectively share talent across peer or business groups.
Identify, plan, and attend internal and external networking events that will connect you directly with talent as they arise.
With the support of TA colleagues, keep up to date with new recruiting methods; assist in developing and maintaining consistent corporate recruiting strategies and processes.
Client Partnership & Relationship Management
Build strong consultative relationships with HR Partners and Business Leaders, as well as other Talent Team members in order to understand business priorities and anticipate staffing needs.
Develop robust partnerships among our organization, including Culture & Inclusion, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Resource Groups (ERG), Legal, Employee Relations, and HR Shared Services.
Demonstrate a consultative style, providing relevant insightful metrics when necessary and industry trends to develop creative solutions for hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth recruiting process by using communication skills to manage expectations and provide process updates with the hiring team throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 5+ years of work experience in a corporate recruiting environment and/or agency search firm experience
Experience with recruiting for P&C insurance and/or risk management consulting is ideal, with financial services overall preferred
Experience with Workday Recruiting applicant tracking system is desired
Experience with Beamery talent management platform is desired
Experience owning client relationships and ability to well manage large volume of search assignments
Participate in organized Talent Acquisition Events (internally and externally)
Experienced in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

The Opportunity

What you'll do:
Identifies and builds community partnerships to generate candidates in alignment with the organization's hiring and program objectives.

What you have:

What sets you apart:
At least 1 year of experience with full-cycle recruiting for Banking, Property and Casualty, Life and/or Agency lines of business.
At least 2 year of experience building and implementing innovative sourcing strategies using a variety of tools and platforms including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
At least 1 year of experience using AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing and screening efforts.
Use of data and analytics and reporting tools to track key recruiting metrics and advise decision-making.
Experience with the Workday Recruiting module.
Certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS CIR).
Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $85,040.00 - $162,550.00.

Responsibilities:

About the Role:
We're hiring a Lead Recruiting Partner to own and deliver critical hiring across Pagaya's U.S. business - with a primary focus on our NYC-based teams.
