How you will create an impact
The Programs Claims Client Executive is the key enabler to promoting AIG Claims as a competitive differentiator by providing local resolution of complex claims issues and offering clients and brokers access to claims senior management within the Programs and Captives spaces. The position will partner closely with AIG Programs and Captives production staff and their clients, TPAs and AIG Claims staff to bring in new business and renew existing.
* Establish and enhance claims relationships with program and captive customers and insureds through pre-bind, onboarding and in-force servicing.
* Facilitate resolution of significant claims issues across all lines of business that are escalated to underwriting management.
* Participate in Programs and Captives senior leadership meetings, coordinate connections between underwriting and AIG Claims, and provide input and deliver on strategic goals for business partners.
* Manage relationships across multiple constituencies in the claims process including internal and external business production staff, TPAs, AIG Claims, and multiple AIG functional areas.

How you will create an impact
In this key leadership role, you will manage, lead, and direct a team of Adjusters handling Auto and General liability property damage and bodily injury claims. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence to control indemnity and expense loss and litigation costs through timely and appropriate reserving, trial preparation, and ultimate resolution. In this hands-on role, you will lead your team to collaborate with insureds, third party administrators, underwriters, and brokers to ensure all stakeholders agree with the litigation strategy.
Provide ongoing coaching/counseling to adjusters to achieve technical excellence
Conduct periodic claim file audits of field claims practices and monitor results to help drive behavioral changes where appropriate
Oversee claim dashboards to help drive best claim practices to secure that the team is meeting company goals
Communicate with all internal business partners and underwriters to make sure underwriting is aware of large losses and industry trends
What you will need to succeed
5+ years of Auto Liability claim experience
Experience resolving physical damage and total loss claims
In-depth knowledge of claim handling procedures, claims performance strategies, and claim best practices
Ability to collaborate and successfully manage work when working at home or in the office in a flexible work environment
Demonstrated ability to initiate and champion change initiatives that leverage technology and improve skills in benchmarking
Creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems, as well as ability to achieve business goals and objectives is essential
Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks while managing competing priorities

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. The Account Manager, as part of Global Specialty Operations, will serve as a critical partner to the Specialty Auto underwriting teams. The individual focuses on service experience & book of business management, while also acting as a key contact for Underwriters and brokers. This is an individual contributor role without supervisory responsibilities. Strong communications skills are crucial. This position works in a team environment which can span multiple offices; however, the individual is expected to be able to exercise decision making skills and problem solving while working independently and prioritizing a high volume workload. Complexity of work varies from standard, routine tasks to more complex problem solving and analytical assignments. Some project work may be assigned as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* New and Renewal Analysis/loss analysis and prepping entire account for quotes
* Prepare and issue Binders, Policies, Endorsements and follow up for missing subjectivities
* Some Rating analysis is required for renewal prep work and underwriting thought process
* Review and analyze Endorsement requests, escalate issues as required, process endorsements
* Complete Underlying policy analysis on each Excess policy and send for UW review. (Terms and Conditions, exposures, general information, aggregates etc.)

* Uses strong information gathering and diagnostic skills to solve problems.
Workflow distribution
* Coordinate activities for all supporting tasks (Rating, Broker/Producer information, Risk Engineering, etc.) on new business submissions and renewal accounts.
* Prioritizes territory workload based upon varying service requirements and customer needs of different activities/transactions.
* Monitors work performance to ensure quality objectives and service commitments are achieved.
* Facilitates routing of tasks and work between broker, underwriters, service team, and home office team.
Project / Backup support
* Backs up other Account Managers as needed. Routes information to and from underwriting teams in the absence of local underwriter.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Prior Commercial Market Insurance industry experience as an Account Manager, Rater (or similar) at either an insurance carrier/agency required
* Functional knowledge of Commercial Lines rating experience
* Knowledge of the following insurance coverages: Commercial Property, Commercial Excess Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto, General Liability

What Will You Do?

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
CLIENT SUPPORT
Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including:
• Supporting the FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships
• Executing money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA
• Answering general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts, including relaying stock positions and providing account balances (e.g., funds due and margin debit)
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation on client accounts and/or documents in aa clerical capacity at the direction of the client and/or FA/PWA
• Educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (e.g. MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization)
• Assist FAs/PWAs/teams in a clerical capacity with research relating to investment portfolio holdings, performance reporting, etc. and preparing materials for client meetings using firm approved systems
• Assist with data entry for key client needs such as new account opening and financial planning at the direction of the FAs/PWAs/teams
• Supporting the FAs / PWAs / teams' marketing strategy (e.g., website maintenance)
• Assist FAs / PWAs/ teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model
• Remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms
• Participating in firm initiatives (e.g., training or education programs), special projects and/or other duties directed by local management
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
• Answering inbound phone calls or making outbound calls (e.g., scheduling follow-up calls with
FAs/PWAs/teams as needed)
• Managing the calendar including coordinating meetings or events with logistics such as material
prep (e.g., maintaining agendas, sending calendar invites with Zoom credentials)
• Maintaining travel itineraries, preparing expense reports and managing the reimbursement process
• Assisting with general in-office support functions such as copying, filing and scanning documentation
• Preparing and submitting expense reports for processing at the direction of the FA/PWA
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. Ocean Marine specializes in ocean cargo, marine liabilities, hull and protection indemnity, and yacht coverage for small and mid-size businesses. The Account Executive Officer (AEO), Ocean Marine will partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business based on customers' needs. This role is seen as a technical resource.
As an AEO, you are decisive, detail-oriented, and know how to build relationships internally and externally to drive results. Your ability to independently assess complex risk and sell our products in challenging markets will contribute to the profitability and success of Travelers.
**What Will You Do?**
+ Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business.
+ Underwrite and skillfully negotiate complex customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
+ Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal partners within the business unit and across the enterprise to create sales plans and identify cross-selling opportunities.
