How you will create impact
As a GenAI Change Management Analyst at AIG, you will help drive change to achieve the organization's top change priorities related to GenAI usage and ensure successful outcomes, on time and on budget. The GenAI Change Management Analyst will be expected to assist the GenAI Change Management team with all aspects of change management - from initiation through sustainment - and help ensure all deliverables are successfully executed.
You will play a key role in influencing deep cultural change within the organization, driving the adoption of new working practices and/or technologies, and helping ensure these are seamlessly embedded into people's day to day - aligned with the organization's values and strategic goals.
· Partner with the GenAI Change Management team to drive change initiatives related to GenAI usage across the organization.
· Assist on deliverables to ensure all aspects of change management from initiation to business embeddedness are successfully executed.
· Help lead cultural change within the organization to adopt new working practices and technologies.
· Evaluate business change needs and create plans aligned to delivery schedule.
· Help conduct change impact analysis through interviews, surveys, and stakeholder engagement.
· Coordinate communications regarding change-related engagements and activities for the team and with the business.
· Help evaluate end-user readiness for change adoption through assessments; coordinate training efforts and materials to support change adoption.
· Support business sustainment post-execution.
What is needed to be successful
· 2+ years of Change Management experience in leading Change initiatives either through consultancy, business operations, program management or process improvement roles.
· 2+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, consulting or similar industries
· Dynamic and capable of assisting the broader change management organization in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to communicate in written, presentation, and oral forms, and ability to influence stakeholders is critical to the success of this role.
· Emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships and empathize with business stakeholders.
It would be nice if...
· 5+ years' experience working with commercial insurance products, processes, operations, business models, data, and technologies across a Global organization is strongly preferred.
· Change Management certification, such as Prosci.
· Experience delivering change in large Global organizations and assisting change management activities across multiple Programs.

License/Certification/Designation: Certification in customer experience (CCXP), analytics, or data science is valued but not required.
Experience: Typically eight to ten years in analytics roles with at least three years specializing in customer experience, marketing analytics, or related areas. Demonstrated experience using advanced analytics to drive business and customer outcomes.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Deep understanding of advanced analytics methodologies and data-driven customer journey optimization. Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Senior Consultant to join the Annuity Modeling Team. The role is responsible for multiple aspects of model development and maintenance supporting all major actuarial functions including valuation, forecasting, pricing, asset adequacy, and risk management. The role performs development and maintenance of Moody's AXIS Variable Annuity (VA) and Registered Index-Linked Annuity (RILA) models in consultation with model users from the actuarial functions. Lead/Assist with the implementation of new products or regulations in Moody's AXIS. This includes working with:
Data and Technology teams, to create the model inputs

Keeps up on the latest industry trends as well as customer needs and behaviors.
Serves as a source of expertise for direction, mentoring and guidance for less experienced analysts.
Participates in agile ceremonies, daily stand ups, show and tells, iteration planning and retrospectives.
Partners with Business Capability Manager to define KPIs that measure effectiveness of the product and journey with customers. Works with team to identify areas focus and provides insights to product and journey owner for prioritization.

Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Bachelors degree in business, IT or related field with advanced degree preferred.

Determines duty to defend and selects defense counsel as appropriate. Closely monitors outside counsel's work product. Reviews and gives input in all levels to interrogatories, etc. in each case. Manages litigation when appropriate.
Serves as company witness on coverage position at depositions. Attends mediation sessions in attempt to resolve claims. Prepares legal audits at various law firms.
Provides advice, counsel and training to Claims Representatives of all levels. Provides specialized training and consultation to non-claims areas as requested.
Delivers a positive customer service experience to all internal, external, current and prospective Nationwide customers.
Serves as lead Claims representative in area of specialty. Serves as back-up to claims management. Assists with selection and training of new representatives.

Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate degree in related field preferred. Post-graduate studies preferred.
License/Certification/Designation: State licensing where required. Relevant professional designations or certifications desirable (CPCU, CLU, IIA, AEI, etc.)
Experience: Eight years of specialty claims experience preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Proven superior knowledge of the best claims practices used to resolve the most sever and technically complex claims. Demonstrated knowledge of insurance contracts and legal aspects affecting regulatory and liability issues that relate to environmental and other specialty claims. Proven ability to meet customer needs and provide outstanding service by informing customers of the claims process and ensuring a positive customer experience. Ability to lead and train employees in all aspects of specialty claims review. The Performance Construction Advisors (PCA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Travelers.
