Following completion of the program, interns may be considered for an Analyst role beginning in the summer of 2027 in one of our Information Technology functions. Functions include: Architecture: Assists senior architects in designing, documenting, and implementing technical solutions that align with business needs. Software Engineering: Developing and maintaining front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and API gateway components under the guidance of senior engineers in Angular, Java Spring boot and MuleSoft respectively leveraging AI based coding Assistance. Delivery Quality: Developing and executing automated tests, analyzing results, and documenting defects to ensure products and processes meet established quality standards under the supervision of senior engineers using Gen AI based testing frameworks. Release Management: configuring and maintaining development and testing environments, automates build and deployment processes. Creates release plan and schedule for product roll outs. Production Stabilization: Monitoring Assist systems, investigating and resolving application issues, and providing timely technical assistance to users, develop Observability dashboards leveraging Splunk and Gen AI solutions.
