No unified direction or strategy that actually conveys to action. Leadership sets north star direction, then everyone runs an independent, disconnected race to achieve their interpretation of the strategy.
Number of days off
Too late, they've already lost most of their tribal knowledge.
Teach the new leadership that the OGs they've recently thrown away have value, and stop hiring hubris.
