Our client provides several solutions to its customers, including design reviews, EMC qualification testing, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) / Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) site surveys to support equipment upgrades and site-wide implementation of wireless devices. The EMC Laboratory Supervisor will lead the EMC engineering team to success through technical oversight of testing services, research, and day-to-day lab activities. They will supervise the development of test plans, testing and troubleshooting, result analysis, and the preparation of technical documentation according to the company Quality Assurance (QA) program. They will also work with other departments, including the software development team, to enhance EMC testing and reporting capabilities. Required Qualifications The successful candidate must hold a master's degree in clinical/medical laboratory science or closely related field; active and current ASCP BOC certification as a medical laboratory scientist MLS(ASCP) CM (or other professional certification recognized by the department); at least 3 years of full-time employment experience as a clinical/medical laboratory scientist; and evidence of current competence and ongoing professional development in clinical/medical laboratory science. We strongly encourage candidates with doctorate in clinical laboratory science (DCLS), PhD in clinical/medical laboratory science or related field; higher education teaching experience; national certification as a specialist in a CLS/MLS discipline; advanced certification in online teaching; proven familiarity with NAACLS accreditation; accreditation experience in laboratory science education; active in professional organizations; employment experience within multiple disciplines in the CLS/MLS field; passion to work with first-generation students, and the ability to teach in multiple disciplines that complement our program.
