Qualifications:
Experience: Three years professional experiences as a Radiographer
Required Education: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, Ultrasound, CT, Mammography, or Interventional Radiology.
Licensure:American Registry of Radiologic Technologist, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, CT, Mammography, or Interventional Radiology certification or equivalent and active registration in Imaging Services. State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice and modality of specialty.
Certifications:American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within 6 months in this position.
Preferred Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree.Experience: Leadership experience at the supervisory level or above.
Other:Proven track record in supervision, instruction, and evaluation of imaging caregivers. • Ability to manipulate x-ray equipment, including mobile and other equipment; carry cassettes; select and manipulate exposure factors; evaluate radiographs. • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport patients. • Exhibit resiliency and ability to adapt to stressful situations, including recognizing emergency situations and supporting team members through clear communication. • Proficient in the use of radiographic equipment, radiographic imaging processors, and other applicable computer and technologies. Physical Requirements: • Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. • Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.

Responsibilities
Under supervision of the Director of Donor Recruitment is accountable for the development, planning and promotion of blood recruitment activities within an assigned territory. Responsible for educating and communicating with the public about the need for blood, the local blood program and blood donation. Acts as a liaison between the Blood Center and donor groups. Develops and maintains contact with volunteers to encourage their participation.
Essential Functions:
• Recruits blood donors and blood donor groups.
• Schedules new and existing blood drives.
• Provides publicity and recruitment materials for blood drives.
• Provides education, training and assistance to volunteers organizing blood drives.
• Speaks to individuals and groups about the need for blood, Community Blood Center and blood donation.
• Works to maximize blood collection within an assigned territory.
• Meets blood collection goals.
• Represents Community Blood Center in community activities.
• Conducts tours of the blood center.
• Must be able to confidently communicate and interpret intermediate information in English to all members of the public and CBC staff.
• Must have and maintain a valid operator's license and clean driving record. All tickets, suspension must be reported to supervisor.
• Must be willing to travel more that 75% of the time.
Qualifications
Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Two years of sales or marketing experience preferred.

Overview
This position is responsible for working with the team to achieve total red cell and apheresis collection goals for CBC, both at blood drives and donor centers. The Account Manager is accountable under manager supervision for the development, planning and promotion of donor recruitment activities including hosting blood drives in donor centers, supporting marketing campaign efforts in centers, managing regularly-scheduled drives at key geographic locations and working with groups to host blood drives in the community. Responsible for educating and communicating with individuals about the need for blood, the local blood program and blood donation. Develops and maintains contact with volunteers to encourage their participation.
