HOURS ARE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 6a-9a and 2p-430p Transport clients to and from PHP/Outpatient program on a daily basis. Provides client transportation, maintains log of patient transportation, mileage and current patient information sheets. Position will also provide direct patient care, assisting with monitoring client interaction, assisting with groups & cafeteria/lunches, etc. Organizes workload in an efficient manner. The Dental Mobile Unit is designed to address the oral health needs of children in the East Cleveland School System. The dental mobile unit also serves to provide dental access to other populations as determined by Northeast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services, Inc. The Dental Mobile Unit Driver manages the unit and assists in its operation, including patient registration and business office responsibilities. Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
