The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for researching, comparing and evaluating existing and potential vendors. Maintain purchase order system and vendor list /contacts via P.O system as well as in our email database. Track orders to ensure timely delivery Maintain satisfactory levels of all plant consumables. Verify all orders for quantity and quality. Coordinate loading/ unloading and storage of products when delivered. Continue to develop a working knowledge and familiarity of parts, stock and consumables. Requirement: Familiarity of Microsoft Office.

The lead Slitter Operator will ensure that their machine and crew are running in an efficient, productive manner with attention to quality and safety. They will be responsible for : Ensuring all order specifications are being met. Lead and organize their crew's quality, safety, production and scheduling. Alert Maintenance and Plant Manager of needed maintenance and repairs. Scheduling of machine orders and of personnel through Plant Manager. Recording daily production reports. Maintaining clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and math skills. Experience is preferred but not required.

Job Description The Material Receiver will be responsible to ensure that all materials (mill coils, rejects and "in process" material) is received accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. Must be able to use Calipers, Micrometers, Hand tools, Torches, Crane, Forklift and Shear. Cut samples for Mill Coils for testing of Tensile, Yield and Elongation;p as well as Rockwell, Olsen and chemistry testing. Accurately measure physical of material and describe using handheld and tablets. Download information from handhelds and tablets to allow material to be used in inventory. Some outside work is required and computer skill is a plus. Keep work area clean and perform all duties in a safe and timely manner. Training available for motivated candidates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following: 440 volts 3 phase Controls and Schematics PLC knowledge is a plus. As well as a strong troubleshooting skills will be required.

Job Description The Press Operator will be responsible for the set up and production on their associated press, while maintaining a safe and clean work area. The operator will be required to: Set-up install and square dies, make all adjustments to obtain good first part. Utilize measurement tools to verify and record that part is running to print. Complete inspection reports, worksheets and daily production reports. Load coils using jib crane, tow motor or overhead crane. Communicate with Supervisor and Material Handler of upcoming jobs and required materials. Basic Math skills are required. Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.
