Mr. McCarroll has led Fieldwood Energy through its acquisitions in the Gulf of Mexico and has developed it into the largest operator and lease holder in the shallow water Gulf of Mexico. Prior to Fieldwood, Mr. McCarroll was founder, President & CEO of Dynamic Offshore Resources, President of Maritech Resources, and a Sr. VP of Plains Resources.
