Madeline McIntosh was appointed CEO of Penguin Random House U.S. in April 2018. Her previous positions in the company include President of the Penguin Publishing Group; President and COO of Penguin Random House U.S.; Publisher, Random House Audio; and Director of Adult Sales, Random House, Inc. Madeline originally joined the Random House predecessor Bantam Doubleday Dell in 1994, as an assistant in the New Media department. Prior to Chastain Advisors, Mr. Wallace was a business leader for Georgia-Pacific Corporation in the N.A. and European Consumer Products businesses. Before that, Mr. Wallace spent almost 13 years with The Boston Consulting Group, working in both the Chicago and Atlanta offices, where he was a partner of the firm. Mr. Wallace has a BA degree from Princeton University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
