POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Salesforce and.NET Developer designs and maintains enterprise applications, integrating Salesforce and .NET solutions with external systems. The developer ensures secure, scalable solutions, supports business requirements, and contributes to development standards and best practices. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES You are expected to perform the following essential responsibilities of the position with reasonable accommodation. The position may include other responsibilities as assigned. Develops and configures Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Pages in Salesforce. Manages and optimizes Digital Experiences (Experience Cloud Sites) within Salesforce. Designs and develops User Interface (UI) using Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL). Troubleshoots issues using Salesforce debugging features. Writes test classes for code coverage and deployment. Manages Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex jobs. Designs and implements Salesforce.com integration with external applications and systems. Designs and develops Salesforce Application Programming Interfaces (APIs- Chatter REST API, Bulk APIs and Tooling API. Employs Salesforce tools such as Data Loader and Workbench for tasks that include, but are not limited to, data and metadata management, data queries, and deploying and debugging applications. Utilizes features like Workflow Rules, Process Builder Approval Processes, Custom Objects, Fields and Relationships, and Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce configurations. Establishes Salesforce Governor Limits, Salesforce Data Security using Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules. Develops cross-browser, responsive, and mobile friendly websites. Works with Information Technology (IT) team to design, code, test, debug, document, modify, install, integrate, and maintain .NET programs and association management applications. Achieves and maintains expert knowledge of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners' (AANP) current association management system through training, experience, and collaboration with existing staff. Maintains, updates, unifies, and enhances AANP's authentication and authorization processes, including Aptify eBusiness, SAML, OAUTH, MVC 3.5 Forms Authentication, and other custom integrations. Documents and provides guidance for implementation for new and existing applications. Works with fellow team members to provide guidance and oversight for AANP's development lifecycle. This includes providing standards, templates, and documentation for the development team to follow. Works with the IT support team maintaining and updating sites as necessary to meet Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance standards each quarter. Assists in maintaining AANP's Domain Name System (DNS) infrastructure and associated integrations and vendors. This currently includes CloudFlare, Aptify Cloud, and Rackspace. Develops SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and views of varying size and complexity to meet business requirements. Documents procedures and instructional materials. Translates requirements concepts between business and technical personnel. Interacts directly with AANP staff to understand requirements and troubleshoot production issues. Educates and advises internal clients on how to leverage available data, reports, and tools. Monitors programs for expected performance and responds to errors and emergency problems. Collaborates with the internal IT team, staff, management, hosting providers, and third-party development teams on design, construction, implementation and maintenance of applications and databases. Develops, implements, and tests backup and recovery plans. QUALIFICATIONS Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS). Equivalent years of experience can be substituted for education plus the minimum required years of experience. Salesforce Developer Certification. Experience Required: Seven or more years of experience configuring and building Salesforce.com solutions. Seven or more years of experience programming in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Javascript, Ajax, jQuery, CSS, XML, JSON, SOQL, SOSL. Seven or more years of experience developing and managing web-based applications with .NET development and Visual Studio. Seven or more years of experience programming in MVC, React, C#, VB.NET, Angular, Dapper, NHibernate, and Entity Framework. Seven or more years of hands-on experience in SQL, including query development and stored procedure development. Four or more years of experience building or maintaining APIs using Microsoft Technologies (Web API). Three or more years of experience working with a Content Management System (CMS). Three or more years of experience with standard internet protocols, common web languages and extensions as required including awareness of browser compatibility issues and Section 508 & WCAG 2.0 compliance. Three or more years of experience developing in Agile Software development environment. Three or more years of experience in real-time integrations using Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Good knowledge of all key modules of Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Excellent proficiency with Salesforce.com solutions and configurations, including but not limited to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Javascript, Ajax, jQuery, CSS, XML, JSON, SOQL, SOSL. Excellent proficiency in .NET development and Visual Studio. Strong proficiency with MVC, React, C#, VB.NET, Angular, Dapper, NHibernate, and Entity Framework. Strong knowledge and experience with relational and conventional database technology and data modeling concepts, tools and techniques using SQL Server 2008 and above. Ability to translate requirement concepts between business and technical personnel. Technical proficiency in systems software and implementing packages and systems. Proficient in SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office 365 Administration management. Manages existing technologies and is well informed on emerging technologies. After the exercise is complete, the applicant is required to return to the standing position and using both hands, pull the slide to the rear locked position therefore displaying a safe weapon. Swim Test: Applicants must fall backwards into the pool and tread water for 1 minute (body upright treading water not merely floating), without touching the sides or the bottom of the pool. After the 1-minute water tread, applicants will be required to swim 100 meters within 3 minutes. Any stroke may be used. Applicants will be allowed to push off the vertical part of the wall under the water line on each end of the pool or use a flip turn. Applicants will not be allowed to do the following: * Touch or hold the horizontal edge of the pool; * Touch the bottom of the pool; * Hold onto any pool lane markers. * Wear a Personal Flotation Devices during the swim test. * Wear or use swim fins. * Wear a nose plug or anything covering the nose completely. Key Responsibilities Server Build & Configuration Translate customer and product requirements into detailed build and validation workflows Assemble, configure, and validate GPU-based AI servers Maintain BIOS, firmware, and component compatibility for NVIDIA-based systems Provide pre-sales technical review and support for product planning Performance Testing & Certification Build, maintain, and execute functional, burn-in, and stress test plans Capture benchmark and thermal data to support customer validation and internal optimization Document and maintain auditable test records in an ERP system Collaborate with QC and Compliance to align with certification requirements (R2v3, ISO, NAID AAA) ERP & Data Integration Integrate component-level test data with an ERP system for traceability Use diagnostic tools and scripts to streamline validation and ensure repeatability Flag anomalies and support root-cause analysis for yield improvement Operations Support Train Operators and Technicians on server test procedures and safety Provide SME-level guidance during client pilots, special projects, or new product classes Participate in continuous improvement projects and workflow refinement Experience 5+ years hands-on experience building or managing GPU-based servers Experience in data center, refurb, or configuration environments Knowledge NVIDIA architecture, PCIe/SXM topology Linux and Windows server environments Benchmarking and diagnostic tools Familiarity with test scripting (PowerShell, Python) Skills & Competencies Server diagnostics and performance tuning Documentation and data integration into ERP systems Test infrastructure setup and standardization Compliance awareness (R2v3, ISO, NAID AAA) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long durations Willingness to work in warehouse and test lab environments Working Environment Primarily onsite (TX preferred) Travel up to 10% for cross-site coordination and client engagement EEO - Equal Employment Opportunity The Company is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, creed, color, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, gender, ethnicity, religion, national origin, ancestry, nationality, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, genetic information, or on any other basis prohibited by law (except where an attribute is a bona fide occupational qualification).
