Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NICE Engineer Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NICE systems, including implementation, configuration, and support. As a lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of NICE projects, ensuring successful delivery, and providing guidance to junior engineers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with NICE systems, including implementation and support.
Proven experience in leading NICE projects and teams.
Strong understanding of NICE technologies, including NICE Engage, NICE in Contact, and NICE Workforce Management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant NICE certifications to may include the following:
NICE in Contact CXone Certification
NICE Certified Implementation Engineer
NICE Workforce Management (WFM) Certification
NICE Interaction Analytics Certification
NICE Quality Management Certification
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud-based NICE solutions.
Knowledge of contact center operations and best practices.
Familiarity with other contact center technologies and integrations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

General Description
The Director of FP&A is a hands-on leadership role that will own financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, developing scalable financial models, and partnering with senior leadership to drive accountability and performance. Subject Matter Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes across all properties and departments
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning

Partner with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial planning software and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers/business partners.
Proven record serving as a strategic partner to the business with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated success with identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and system implementations; a plus.
Strict attention to detail, highly organized, efficient, and ability to multi-task.
