As a member of the Post Live Services team, assist clients who have implemented Care Logistics solutions by assessing hospital role responsibilities, processes, and technology through data analysis, observations, and interviews (visits may be onsite, remote, or a combination of both).
Assist in supporting software upgrades by updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), participating in testing sessions, delivering training events, and providing support during go-live events.
Conduct Post Live Visits to evaluate the impact of transformation efforts and make recommendations for further improvement. Assist in the development of transformation strategies that drive meaningful change.
Compile and analyze data to prepare executive presentations and reports presenting performance data. Ensure data accuracy and completeness, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Utilize data and analytics to evaluate client performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
Provide support to Care Logistics' leadership and sales teams in managing customer accounts, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Assist in the development of account management strategies and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Product Management and Development
Collaborate with Product Management to ensure a continuous feedback loop of subject matter expertise. Share insights on industry trends, market challenges, and customer needs to guide product development.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and insights.
Work with Product Management and Sales teams to clarify market problems that potential clients are facing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that address customer needs.
Act as the voice of the customer in guiding Product Management and Development teams in design decisions for technology. Provide insights and feedback to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
1-3 years of successful experience in healthcare process improvement
PREFERRED
Healthcare business process redesign consulting experience preferred
Experience with Electronic Health Records, EHR, platforms including ADT, clinical and ordering processes preferred

About the Role:
The Site Reliability Engineer role exists to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of an organization s systems and services. This position bridges software engineering and IT operations, applying automation, monitoring, and proactive incident management to maintain highly available and resilient platforms. We are proud to offer a competitive paid leave program consisting of vacation, sick, and personal time, as well as paid holidays, up to 3 weeks of paid parental leave during a 12-month period, and up to 5 days of paid military leave per calendar year. Vacation time will accrue based on length of service, and new full-time hires can accrue up to 13 days of vacation and up to 10 days of sick time per year. On an annual basis, new employees may use up to 32 hours of accrued sick time as personal time. Job Description
Our client is a global supplier of advanced tier 1 automotive products for demanding specialty applications. We are currently assisting them in identifying a Manufacturing/Process Engineer with metal stamping experience.
The Manufacturing/Process Engineer will direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects. Duties will include working with manufacturing personnel regarding part design, quality issues, and safety. Estimating tooling and production costs, tool and die design and maintenance, operator training, continuous improvement, and process/manufacturing cost reductions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Implements process improvements in areas of operating efficiency, equipment set up/changeover, capacity, new technology, and equipment layout of the manufacturing and forming operations. Drives ongoing cost reduction efforts.
Coordinate all production issues related to new product release and changes to existing products with corporate design engineering group.
Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
Optimize manufacturing processes to include standardization of common applications, troubleshooting production problems, networking of systems, and implementing required training programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in engineering with 3-5 years related experience in a Tier One or Tier Two Automotive Manufacturing environment
