Champion Volunteer Engagement Actively support, develop, and guide volunteers to support your role, ensuring they are equipped and appreciated for their vital role in carrying out the Red Cross mission. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Qualifications: Education: High School or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum 7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in personal computer use and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient typing skills required. Knowledge of project management tools and data visualization tools like Power BI preferred. In this role, you will partner with the Chief Development Officer to lead a team of professional fundraisers in strengthening and growing the region's donor base to meet its assigned financial target. The Director of Development will provide leadership to the staff and volunteers in planning, managing, and implementing fundraising development strategies for the Corporate segment of giving. They will also assist in the cultivation of donors and sponsors to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining their own portfolios.
