This includes collaborating with your team to transport and setup equipment at the collection sites in local communities, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for volunteer donors, and following all safety procedures while collecting lifesaving blood donations that are delivered to hospitals. Such as VBS, Summer Day Camp * Promoting and registering for regional, divisional, and territorial youth camps/events * Recruit and supervise volunteers to assist in leading youth programs. * Create and implement a weekly schedule that provides students with activities that promote physical, educational, social, and spiritual development. * Attend Advisory Council meetings to represent and contribute strategy and direction of the youth ministries. * Assist with budgeting preparations in relation to youth programs. * Maintain contact with parents of participants when needed * Maintain daily incidents/behavioral reports and submit to Corps Officers * Maintain up-to-date Child Safety Training "Protecting the Mission" (PTM) for all Program Aides * Maintain accurate and up-to-date student, staff, and youth program records and statistics. * Create and distribute necessary flyers and information for youth programs in a timely manner * Maintain daily and or weekly forms as they pertain to the After School/Summer Day Camp Programs * Assist with seasonal holiday activities and special events * Pick up and take children home before and after programs as necessary. * Ability to work and conduct business in a professional manner. * Attend assigned staff meetings. * Organize and conduct weekly meetings with Youth Program Staff, take and keep a record of meeting minutes. * When requested, assist with planning and execution of special projects to include community fairs, vacation bible school, and/or promotional events. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Corps Officer as they relate to the position.
