Aside from getting a paycheck I can't think of any.
Run by a puppeteer. Management is weak and no decisions can be made individually without approval from the puppet master. Customer service is nonexistent. Extreme lack of knowledge in industries they serve.
Getting fired was the best thing that happened to me in the year I represented them. I no longer have the take the phone calls about late deliveries or orders on the books that have not been started yet alone being delivered.
Absolutely nothing. The CEO is a self-appointed dictator and the management team on its own offers nothing beneficial to the overall growth or success of the company.
A weak foundation makes for an inferior structure. Knock it down and start over from scratch with people that have an understanding of business.
I didn't prepare. I was acquired in an acquisition.

Compensation is probably at 60% - 70% of the industry average.
Not being there anymore and having to deal with the lies and deceit.
