Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently recruiting for Adult Residential Support Professionals for a new addictions recovery program in Oconomowoc, WI. LSS Recovery Center Oconomowoc provides up to 30 beds for adult women in need of Medically Monitored Treatment and Transitional Residential Treatment. Services are gender specific and trauma informed. The facility does allow for infants up to age 3 months to reside with their mothers who are receiving SUD treatment services.
Our beautiful facility provides an environment that, combined with the passion for the SUD field of our team members, allows residents to experience meaningful change and hope.
Under direction of program and clinical supervisor, performs core functions of a licensed addictions counselor and/or AODA/Correctional Case Manager.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible role with hours on Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
• Provides addiction counseling with supervision and/or case management services to clients in an outpatient, residential or case management setting.
• Completes assessments, diagnostics, screening and referral. Obtains required additional supervision if using UPC, ASAM, AODA assessments such as SUDDs or DSM/ICD 10 criteria.
• Provides Employment Specialist services to clients as needed.
• Prepares and completes all required documentation according to state, federal and agency standards in a timely manner.
• Coordinates, plans and facilitates client sessions, including group and individual services.
• Provides a high level of excellence in communication internally and to our external partners, both written and verbal.
• May provide outreach and education to the public/market services.
• Provides a high level of case management services and coordinates the various social, community and mental health services received by clients.
• Attends and participates in staff development programs, including in-services training, staff meetings, clinical supervision meetings, and similar opportunities.
• Provides all services in a timely manner according to program, licensing and contractual requirements.

Under the Director of Archives and Records Management, the Associate Director of Records Management leads the Archdiocese Records Management program within our Archives/Chancery Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Appraising, scheduling, and managing all analog and electronic information in accordance with Archdiocesan Records Policies and Procedures. The position is the key liaison to the Central Offices and IT collaborating with staff to preserve audio-visual materials
Lead implementation and improvement of the Archdiocese's Records Management program
Manage guidelines and workflows for the creation and use of electronic records at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee
Manage guidelines and workflows for managing email within the central offices
Research, plan, and propose digital archive software and equipment for management of electronic records
Manage the disposition of records

The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. The RN will function within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. The ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice provide a basis for the practice of the RN. The RN provides leadership through activities such as preceptor role, informal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts. The RN delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability, and adequacy of resources. The RN possesses excellent communication skills; is skillful in mentoring and teaching; and may participate on committees or projects. A subset of employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle as a part of the responsibility of their role.
This role is eligible for TN sponsorship. Successful sponsorship will require state licensure and completion of the VisaScreen or equivalent certification.
Qualifications
Graduate of a nursing program.
All entry-level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date of April 1, 2020 and after must provide documented evidence of program completion of a baccalaureate degree in nursing program within five years from the last day of the month of the RN start date.
All entry-level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date prior to April 1, 2020 must provide documented evidence of program completion of a baccalaureate degree in nursing program as stipulated by the degree requirement program in place at time of hire.
Additional Qualifications:
One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience working in a team environment. Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends and on-call. Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the work setting. Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, and excellent critical thinking skills.
License or Certification:
Current RN license by applicable state requirements. Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Positions that are not on campus may not require current Basic Life Support (BLS) competency as determined by the work area. Additional state licensure(s) and/or specialty certification/training as required by the work area.

LSS Recovery Center Oconomowoc provides up to 30 beds for adult women in need of Medically Monitored Treatment and Transitional Residential Treatment. Services are gender specific and trauma informed.

Under the guidance of program and clinical supervisors, you will:
Provide addiction counseling and case management services in residential, outpatient, or community settings
Conduct assessments, diagnostics, screenings, and referrals using tools such as UPC, ASAM, AODA, SUDDs, and DSM/ICD-10 (with supervision as needed)
Offer Employment Specialist services when applicable
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and agency standards
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Participate in outreach and public education efforts
Coordinate comprehensive case management and connect clients with community resources
