Mr. Gary Lee Coleman has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Torchmark Corporation since June 1, 2012 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 1999 until May 2012. Mr. Coleman is also a member of the Board of Directors, Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation. Mr. Coleman served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Torchmark Corporation until February 20, 2007.
