The Corporate Environmental Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) Process & Program Manager provides routine EHSS reports to key stakeholders within the company including trend analysis compiled from various data sources. Each year CDP participants will join a separate ASR team and work alongside senior leadership on high profile projects. Participating functions may include Financial Planning & Analysis, Sustainability, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Corporate Development, and Global Sugars Group (commodity research, origination & trading). Each rotation will last approximately 12 months. Representative CDP rotations may include:
* Corporate Development rotation participants gain experience conducting industry research, financial analysis and company/asset due diligence required to identify, evaluate and execute strategic transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial partnerships and greenfield projects.

* Provide prompt first aid treatment for minor injuries and medical incidents in the site clinic, ensuring appropriate care, documentation, and referrals.

* Maintain and inspect first aid kits, AEDs, and other medical supplies.
* Help develop emergency preparedness and response plans, coordinate annual drills and follow-up evaluations.

* Medical Surveillance Program Execution - Assist in the development of programs, criteria, guidelines and training in order to establish a standardized approach to Medical Surveillances as required by the different regulatory agencies.
* Provide coaching and support when required for Management and Safety Department personnel. Develop and maintain a recordkeeping system as well as plans and programs for the execution of medical surveillances. Maintain regulatory or policy updates as necessary.
* Medical File Lead - Develop and maintain a medical records file that meets all regulatory requirements and maintain the same as required.
* First Aid and CPR Trainer - Develop and provide training in First Aid and CPR to FCC personnel. Coordination of training sessions and recordkeeping in a standardized manner will be part of the assigned duties. May be required to move to other FCC sites to provide training. Maintain regulatory or policy updates as necessary.
* Safety and Health Training Support - Support the Safety Department training program by providing training in some Safety and Health topics such as Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Blood Borne Pathogens and New Hire Employee Orientation, among others.
* Programming related activities such as training campaigns, annual policy review(s) and discussions, among others.
* Any other assignments, objectives or goals assigned by immediate supervisor.

LOCATION OF ROLE
Primary work location: Osceola Mill, Florida Crystals Corporation. Travel may be required to other Florida Crystals sites for inspections, training, or support.
