Pros of working at ASR Group

The only Pro would be salary and increase of pay. However working for a company which does not uphold there own integrity is not worth the salary or hassle.

Cons of working at ASR Group

It's a misconception when they say most employees are of the democratic party, while that's so it's more like straight up liberals. The dirty ones always flock together. If management does not like you or you're not a part of their clique, they will find a way to get rid of you and even if it's falsifying records in order to do so. They want workers with integrity but even the ones who have it they'll fire for petty reasons that I am sure are illegal to do so but most people don't have the fight in them to sue them because why would anyone actually wish to work for a company like ASR. The Chalmette refinery for sure stay away from there. A bunch of no-goodies and ignorant HR management.
